Disampaikan Kapolsek Air Besi, IPTU Joko Susanto.,S.H.. Kegiatan pengamanan di gereja sebagai bentuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat khususnya kepada umat Nasrani yang sedang melaksanakan ibadah. Pengamanan ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman bagi jemaah gereja, selain itu untuk mencegah terjadinya gangguan Kamtibmas di lingkungan sekitar gereja.
“Kegiatan Pengamanan gereja ini rutin di lakukan oleh Personel Polsek Air Besi setiap hari minggu agar umat Nasrani dapat melaksanakan ibadahnya dengan hikmat karena adanya pengamanan yang dilakukan oleh anggota Kepolisian,” ujar Kapolsek.
Terpantau pagi hari ini kegiatan Personel Polsek Air besi Bripda Rachmat dan Bripda Dwi melaksanakan kegiatan Patroli dan pengamanan ibadah Gereja Gekisia Jemaat Ebenhaezer di Desa Tebiung Kandang Kecamatan Air Napal Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara.
